- Monthly and Annual Plans: Infikraft offers both monthly and annual subscription plans for Premium access, billed in advance.
- **Automatic Renewal**: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be applied to your payment method on file.
2. Cancellation Policy
-Monthly Subscribers: You may cancel your subscription at any time during the month, and your Premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will apply after cancellation.
-Annual Subscribers: Annual subscribers can also cancel at any time; however, the service will remain available until the end of the annual billing period, with no additional charges for the next year.
How to Cancel: To cancel your subscription, please go to your account settings and follow the cancellation steps. You will receive a confirmation email after completing the cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. Once canceled, your subscription will not renew, and no further charges will apply.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds for annual subscriptions are available within the first 14 days of purchase.
